Would you like a wellness assessment?
Hygeia's Herbs offers three types of wellness assessment, according to your needs:

1) A quick and simple Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation over e-mail (please note this does not take into account your muscle mass. Muscle is heavier than fat, so this is only a rough guide)

2) A 10-minute telephone consultation that includes calculation of your BMI and asks you quick questions about your health, lifestyle and what you would like to achieve in terms of weight and energy levels.

3) A 1-hour face-to-face appointment that includes a body fat and muscle mass check, a blood pressure check and a more detailed conversation about your health and lifestyle.

Information from these checks is confidential and will be used to design you a personalised programme from our wide range of products. Please note that, unless you are willing to travel, option 3 is only available for customers living in the Edinburgh area.
